The Panasonic AF100 is capable of recording in 1080 (60i, 50i, 30p, 25p and 24p native) and 720 (60p, 50p, 30p, 25p and 24p native, using AVCCAM's highest-quality PH mode of 24Mbps.
You can select various gamma options which include HD Norm, HD Low and High, Cine-like D, Cine-like V, B.Stretch and color matrices for an improved image control.
Audio is uncompressed 48KHz 16 Bit and recorded through two professional XLR inputs.
Slow and fast motion is easily achieved by selecting 20 variable frame rates, from 12 to 60 frames per second at 1080p.
When recording onto an external device you can record 4:2:2 unconpressed 8 bit images.
The camera also has 3 built-in ND filters for 2, 4 and 6 stops.
